Refund policy

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships.

  • A $5 cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction and processing fees.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after cancellation is confirmed.

Order Cancellations After Shipment

  • Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

  • You may still return the product after delivery (see “Returns” section below).

  • If you refuse delivery or request to cancel after shipment, shipping fees both ways (outbound and return) will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition with all packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund minus applicable shipping and handling costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and replace or refund your item promptly.
